Information we collect

RoastClock does not collect, store, or process personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that submit data to a server. All calculator state and preferences (unit system, last calculation) are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

Cookies and tracking

RoastClock does not use tracking cookies for advertising or analytics in v1. Future versions may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage and improve the tool. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated policy.

Third-party services

RoastClock is hosted on Vercel and may use Google AdSense for advertising and Google Analytics for measurement. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share any data with third parties beyond what these standard services process in the normal course of delivering the site.

External links

RoastClock links to external sites such as USDA.gov for food safety references and affiliate product links (thermometers, roasting pans). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Children

RoastClock is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

This policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page.
